Mark and myself have decided to raise money for the Paul Sartori Foundation a local charity that my employer is currently supporting ..... we wanted something out of our comfort zone  and I think we have found it ! ... Mark  has entered the Carten ... a bike ride from Cardiff to Tenby  100 miles on 12th May and I have decided to do the 3peaks challenge with a group of friends all raising money for different charities, this challenge starts  2nd June  climbing Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours  . Any sponsorship will be gratefully received and is going to a great  charity
