Thanks for taking the time to visit our page. Ruthie's friends are trying to raise as much money as feasibly possible for Penny Brohn Cancer Care and Weldmar Hospicecare Trust. This page is for Penny Brohn, however the same amount raised on this website will  also be sent to Weldmar Hospicecare Trust out of donations given through sponsorship forms. The money raised will be split 50/50 to both charities. 

Ruthie 'Woof' David was loved by many people and is hugely missed. She was generous, kind and she looooved life and a good laugh. She liked people, animals  (especially labrador dogs) and red wine. She enjoyed playing hockey and badminton and in latter years could be found in hot tubs and fancy hotels around the UK. Her pride and total joy was her Audi TT convertible that she waited her whole life to own. She wasn't with us long enough and this fundraising is to give other people more quality time with their loved ones. Penny Brohn takes a holistic approach to cancer care, helping with advice on nutrition, complementary therapies and treatments and support and counselling for the patient and their families and friends. Ruth took advantage of everything they had to offer and it brought her a lot of comfort. They really deserve your support so they can continue to help others.
