Down's South London is a parent-run charity supporting children with Down's Syndrome and their families. It provides a unique early intervention therapy service for young children (0-6 years) from South London and assists their physical, language and emotional development, giving them vital core skills for daily life.

So Zac is just one of the many children helped by DSL.  He will be 3 years old by the time of the Ceilidh.  It is thanks to DSL's help and guidance that Zac is now signing and able to take a few steps on his own.  Without the weekly therapy DSL provides and the support that the charity has given us, we would be floundering, unaware of how best to help him learn or what we should be aiming for.  The Ceilidh is our way of giving something back and ensuring that other families get to benefit from the specialist care that DSL gives.
