MenCap Kirklees have a government funded training facility called Waverley Cafe which gives those with learning disabilities the chance to learn new skills and develop into society. Unfortunately their funding will be cut in January and this could mean they face a closure of the cafe. This would unfortunately stop the chances the people of our community have.
