Hello you brilliant person, welcome to my page! 

If you know me, you'll know that I have well and truly caught the running bug, and I am running my first marathon on 02 October 2022. I've been lucky enough to secure a place to run the London Marathon for the Surrey Care Trust, a charity I have been working with for the past three years. 

If running one marathon wasn't enough of a challenge... On 17th June, I am going to be running a 24 hour marathon challenge 'The Beau Miles Marathon' where I'll be running 26.2 miles over 24 hours, 1.1 miles an hour along with two of my very good friends Maddie and Martin who will be running with me. Lets hope we're all still friends at the end of it!

Surrey isn't all leafy lanes and long driveways, there are many individuals who have had setbacks in life, such as illness, addiction, family breakdowns and unemployment. This hardship can lead to young people not having the best start in life resulting in a lack of confidence and required skills to progress in life. 

The Surrey Care Trust provides learning, training and development to support young people and adults in improving their chances in life.  

I have been a volunteer mentor with The Surrey Care Trust for the past three years, spending time with a young person each week to give them a safe space to talk and help support them with specific obstacles they are tackling and issues they face. 

Your support in helping to spur me on during my 16 week training regime, and ultimately getting me to the finish line in London in October would mean the world to me!

All donations will go directly to support the work of the Surrey Care Trust.
