London to Israel April 2014 Solo Ride is a personal pilgrimage that I would like to share with my friends and family and raise money for the work of HOPE worldwide UK along the way.  Through their work I found recovery 11 years ago and I now work as clinical lead and therapy manager for their ODAAT Programme. 

This year our mum has been very ill and we have had 3 cycles of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.  This 5000 mile round trip will be an opportunity to explore my Jewish heritage and get a bit of space.
