Most of you know this is my second cancer journey. My wife and I went through my first journey alone in 2012/13. This time we realised using support services would help our journey rather than doing it alone. We decided to register with Recovery Haven and we cannot praise them enough. Being able to avail of their various services and meet others going through the same journey has been an immense help to us.

I will try again to grow a beard for shaving on 29 Nov. If it is as poor as my last Movember beard in 2015 I'll have to go for the head shave!!!
