Mind Yourself works to improve the health and wellbeing of the Irish community in London. The Irish community have poorer physical and mental health than the general British population. Mind Yourself provides one-one support in people’s homes , accompanies people to medical appointments, provides peer support group for Carers, LGBT community and a mental wellbeing group, and a host of social activities including story-telling, film, yoga, singing and museum/gallery visiting.
