This charity is very close to my heart. I have lost my Nan and Uncle to kidney disease. With the the advances made by Kidney Research Fund my Mum has received life saving treatment and a successful kidney transplant with the help of a kidney donated by my Dad. I would be grateful if you could please support me and donate to continue life saving treatment.

On this Sunday October 3rd we’ll first be setting up 2 rowing machines between each squat of 6 and rowing 83,000 metres on each. 166,000 people die of cancer each year and we thought we’d share the load and row 1 metre for each of them.

On October 17th I will be competing in the soul fit team @battle.cancer London event where we’ll aim to complete a series of competitive workouts as fast as possible throughout the day, battling alongside a group of people raising money and awareness continue battling cancer.
