Ricky sadly passed away in June last year when he lost his fight against spinal cancer . Gail Paterson Ricky’s fiancée , Keith Miller Ricky’s brother , Michelle Maskame and Catherine Chisholm have decided to take on the challenge of the Edinburgh full Marathon on 26th of May 2018 .. Ricky was unfortunately in a lot of pain during his treatment and when admitted into Roxburhe house it was the only place he  felt secure and at home when his cancer and treatment made him so Ill  . Edinburgh marathon was Ricky’s first marathon he ever ran so we decided to do it in his memory. Ricky would be so happy  we have chosen to raise funds for this special place .
