So for those that know me, running is not something I’ve spent much of my 42 years doing unless you count running for the last train, bus or orders at the pub! 

This year I wanted a challenge and thought this would be a significant one for me.  Someone suggested to raise money for charity whilst I was at it to help me through and they were totally right.

When it came to choosing a charity, it was always going to be pmsfUK.  For most of you, this will be the first time you’ve heard of this charity as it was for me when the gorgeous girl in the picture, Eden, was diagnosed as a baby.  Please read more about it www.pmsfuk.org.uk

This charity supports families.  It brings them together and provides a network of support to help navigate the unknown and often uncharted waters of being a parent of a child with pms.

So please, if you can, dig deep and and support Eden, and others like her, who shine through the challenges they face.
