Story
If you could run anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I have competed in many marathons and ultra distance events, improving on my performance from race to race, drawing on the bad runs and mistakes to keep working on bettering my performance.
The distance gets longer, the climbs get steeper, the terrain gets tougher but we all need a challenge and this is by far my biggest challenge yet!
In June, I will be competing in the Jungle Ultra, a Beyond the Ultimate event. It is 230km in 5 days, through immense heat and humidity, not to mention the spider, snakes, frogs, jaguars etc...
I have chosen to run for BLESMA, the British Limbless Ex-Service Men's Association because of the sacrifices so many of them have made in active duty, when protecting our country and safeguarding our freedom. They don't ask for support, they don't expect recognition nor do they demand respect, they chose to serve their country. I believe they have earned our support, recognition and respect.
It would amazing if you could help me in raising some cash for BLESMA!
If I could run anywhere in the world, where would it be?
The Amazon Jungle of course!
