Call4Backup is a Police Peer-to-Peer Support Charity who help serving and volunteer members of the Police Service with issues they may be suffering with a view to improve their overall well-being. I am fundraising to support this charity by taking part in my first 10k in memory of PC Ian Watson. 

Ian was a friend, colleague and mentor. Not just to myself but also everyone he worked with. Last year Ian took his own life after suffering with depression for years. 

Call4Backup is a charity that aims to help those officers most in need of someone to talk to. I want to help in anyway I can, so that others can receive the support they need to get through the hardest of times.
