Story
Following the decline of the Covid- 19 Pandemic, we as a CCF would like to say a thank you to the NHS for their service and sacrifices. As a tribute to repay their hard work and commitment, we will be conducting a Mt Everest Climbing Challenge whereby all cadets will
achieve sponsorship and complete 12 climbs contributing to the overall height of Mt Everest.
The Challenge will operate in the cadets sections, in order to create a sense of teamwork. The sections will , collectively climb 8849 metres, the height of Mt Everest.
We will be donating all funds raised to the South Western Ambulance Charity, the local NHS provider for Wiltshire. They serve 20% of mainland England and on average help 5.5million people a year,
with an average influx of 23 million visitors each year. The charity has been active since 1995 and tirelessly aid the population of South West England all year round. Working throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, we would like to show our support and appreciation for their sacrifice and tireless service.
