The Mudchester Girls are keen to raise awareness about mental health and also raise money. Throughout the years there has been a stigma which has prevented people from reaching out for help. A charity like Chasing the Stigma is making a difference. Within our group we have all experienced, supported a relative or friend with mental health problems and each of us recognise how charities like this help.
