Hi Guys,

Sue Baker (dentist in Dewsbury) and myself (munaf) are going out to
Pakistan in june to help set up a dental surgery.

The Bach Hospital was set up in the 50s by a group of american
missionaries. They currently have no dentist but have just sponsered a trainee dentist who graduates this year. They have set aside some
rooms which we will be converting to a dental surgery.

It is in Qalandarabad, 3 hrs north of Islamabad. This is in the area
that was affected by the 2005 earthquake. There are no dental
facilities in the area.

We are aiming to raise at least £4000 to buy surgery equipment and materials.

There is a dentist who will be graduating in June 2012 from Islamabad
and then he will work at the clinic. When we arrive we are hoping to
get the surgery set up for him and help get him settled into a
routine.

All donations would be welcome,
Hopefully we can exceed our target so that we can provide additional equipment.
