My friends will know of my involvement and support for SARA Severn Area Rescue Association over the last 10 years. The brave work all of the volunteers carry out, day in, day out often goes unrewarded often in very poor conditions. 

Whether we are saving lives on the Inland Waterways, Cliff Rescue, searching for Missing Persons can be rewarding but often mentally draining when it ends in tragedy.

Due to a car accident, I haven't run for three years, so the best way is to get straight back into a Forest Run to support SARA in September.
