Story
Doreen was a Mother, Sister, Nan, Auntie, Cousin, Great Grandma, Great Auntie and a loving part of the Warwick community.
On the 28th March 2018 Doreen lost her fight to cancer peacefully at Lycester House Care Home surrounded by family, after spending 3 weeks at Myton Hospice.
In memory of our loved one as a family we have decided to keep her memory alive and raise money for a charity that was close to her heart.
At The Myton Hospices we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life; we focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option. We are leaders in compassionate end of life care; our work centres on our patients and involving them in decisions about their care. Perhaps most importantly we give them more quality time with their loved ones.Last year we supported more than 1,400 people and their families, in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.
