Mental health is something very close to my heart having suffered from anxiety. Those who know me, will know I'm terrified of heights, but I want to do something challenging as battling against a mental illness is anything but easy. I want to raise money to help sufferers and families, as well as raise awareness of the support that the charity offers. 

Help me fight the stigma against mental health. I will be very grateful for any donation towards my skydive.
