Right now, one in four people in the UK are living with a mental health condition. 

Mental Health is a bit of a mad one hey? The unknown, the unseeable, the sometimes indescribable. Kinda like that boogey man in BirdBox! So, I'm sure you can see why we need to research this so so much more.

Having seen many people suffer, and continue to suffer, I want to throw my hat into the ring and do something to help make a change and combat the boogey man.
