Myself and my wife where first informed about The Zak Scott Braveheart foundation by the Cardiac Liaison Nurses of Yorkhill, while we found ourselves at the cot side of our 12 week old baby boy having had life saving heart surgery.

We were completely overwhelmed that such a charity existed and what a true credit Zak's family are in keeping his memory alive by providing a gift and a journal to each baby/child undergoing heart surgery as this was Zak wish.  

Please help me raise as much money as possible in order to ensure each and every little Braveheart can have there wish granted and allow there to be some happiness for them at such a difficult time.
