I am going to run the Edinburgh Half Marathon this year and will be raising money for Chron's and Colitis UK. Thanks to some fantastic early generosity giving me the kick up the backside I need I will start my training now and be in tip top condition when the day comes.

i've also now committed to running the 13.1k kilomathon as part of my training which should be fun....

Chron's and Colitis affects 250,000 people in the UK and the National Association of Chron's and Colitis Disease (NACC) is a charity that offers information and support to those affected.

It is a charity that is close to my heart and well deserving of a few extra pounds so they can keep up the vital work they do.
