I got into running many years ago and it has always been part of my life. In recent years I haven't pursued this passion until recently I was asked by a colleague to run a half marathon with them.

Training has been tough with an unexpected two week break for illness however I'm back on the road and doing well!

Please help me raise money for Goldenhar who are a charity setup to support families affected by Goldenhar Syndrome. A condition that causes facial deformities at birth, including (but not limited to) missing ears, hearing loss, skin tags and a cleft palate.

I would like to support these children and their families and encourage you all to do the same - it is really easy!
