Mega Dryathon

I'm giving up booze from James' birthday 29th August until my birthday 21st December - That's 16 weekends or 113 days or 2712 hours and whichever way you look at it no small feat for someone who enjoys their drinks as much as me!

To make it achievable I will be allowed 4 FREE golden passes which will allow me to fall off the wagon for 24 hours, this is because I'm weak and there are 4 birthday celebrations during my dryathon that I don't want to be a party pooper for.

As I will be very sober for what will feel like an eternity I am hoping all my friends will do 2 things.  Firstly sponsor me and secondly not to try and make it more difficult than it needs to be.

If I do not get any sponsorship then I will reserve the right to buy more golden passes.  I will do this by simply matching how much sponsorship is in my justgiving account i.e. If I have £10 in my account I'll simply stick a tenner in and bugger off to the pub guilt free!
