Last year, my colleague Sean Saluja and I had a little race over the Balmoral 10k.  It got us both out training and at the same time we raised some money for a local charity.  He won.

We're competing with each other again this year, on 22 April.  Another of our colleagues, Tricia Walker, has promised to trounce us both.  Updates will follow.
