Story
I've been doing a bit of training for my first ever marathon...
Preparation is almost complete... the last week is apparently quite important:
1. Eat well - er, do biscuits and cake count?
2. Get plenty of rest... managed to get to bed by about 2:00am most nights this week...
3. Plan race day... anyone know what time it starts on Sunday???
4. Do a couple of short gentle runs... or maybe not, it was raining quite heavily!
5. Set up Just Giving page... done!!!
Hopefully I will get round the Newport Marathon course and raise a bit of cash for Avon Riding Centre for the Disabled in the process.
