Story
Hi, we are Nicola Cullen and Gaynor Chisnell and we are both members of the senior staff team at Making Space.
We have decided to take on the challenge of skydiving thousands of feet through the air to raise vital funds. Unfortunately, our skydive had to be postponed due the Pandemic. However another date is being confirmed for January 2022.
Making Space care about every individual. We provide services in the heart of local communities, in the comfort of people's own homes, and offer specialist care and support services. It’s so rewarding to see the difference our team makes to people with dementia, mental health concerns, learning difficulties and carers.
The money we raise will support vital Making Space projects such as, activities to enrich the lives of people with dementia or mental health concerns including music groups or gardening projects, carer breaks, or even buy equipment for sensory rooms.
Nicola says- ‘I have been working for Making Space for nearly a year and have decided to skydive for MS to raise funds to help the people we support. I can see what an amazing job the staff do and wanted to give something back to the charity".
Gaynor has dedicated nearly 30 years to Making Space and is ready to embark on this stomach churning challenge to support the remarkable people we help.
We want to raise as much money as we can and we plan to plummet thousands of feet through the air to do it! Please sponsor us.
