I am raising money for Designability. This is an excellent small charity I know well through my work. They design and make really innovative stuff for disabled people, including children with mobility problems and elderly people with dementia. They're a wonderful team and every penny you donate will be put to good use! 

Over the next month or so (or longer, depending on how long this latest lockdown lasts!) I've set myself the challenge of running at least 5k every single day. This is a big challenge for me. Although I've done some running in the past, having done a marathon in 2004 and a couple of halves over the years, I'm not a regular runner. Keeping motivated to get out, regardless of weather, state of mind or hangover I'm sure is going to hurt. I'm not timing myself, but I will ensure I run every step - no walking! And to ensure this fascinating challenge is preserved for posterity, I'll be posting regular updates. Please do consider making a donation to keep me motivated!!!
