Please help me to help the Emily Ash Trust !!!

Following the success of last years Warlingham to Land’s End bike ride, I have committed to another bike ride in aid of the Emily Ash Trust www.emilyashtrust.co.uk/ , a charity which does amazing work to support people through very difficult times. For those of you not in the know, the trust helps children suffering from leukaemia and cancer throughout their treatment, it does amazing work to just make life a little easier for them and their families whilst going through an extremely difficult period. 

Last year was an amazing personal experience and enabled me to achieve something that both myself and those around me didn't think was possible. This ride and the incredible amount of money raised (Over £ 27,000) has inspired me to ride more, improve my health but most importantly to help support The Emily Ash Trust.

There were extremely tough times to get through last year to complete the ride but the messages, support and encouragement from my supporters, family and friends along with the messages received from the Emily Ash Trust updating us on what your donations were being spent on, not only brought a tear to the eye, but was the inspiration i needed to complete the ride and help the charity help people through incredibly tough times.

This year’s route is tougher than last year, including more climbing (I hate hills !) and challenging terrain (And no doubt weather - Its Wales in October !) 

We are riding approximately 350 miles over 4 days and will start just outside the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales and finish at at Warlingham Sports Club.

To say I am apprehensive is an understatement, but I am determined (and Stubborn !) and with the support and inspiration that your donations and messages will bring, I hope to complete the challenge and raise as much money and awareness for The Emily Ash Trust.
