It's my 41st year! I've been involved with Phab on and off for nearly half my life now. The people I meet who take part in Phab's clubs or residential projects love what Phab means.

I've run many events in my life but never a road marathon and one which goes within 150 metres of my home is very exciting! I hung up my running shoes a few years ago due to injury. However the injury seems to have gone and the desire to raise money for Phab is my motivation. As a trustee of Phab I know how hard pressed the charity is for money. In an increasingly competitive charity sector, I hope I can do my bit to help Phab continue their amazing work.
