Running the London Marathon is something I’ve wanted to do since I was 12, I’ve fallen in and out of love with running throughout the years, and I have  never had the time to do it, as much as I would like.

I decided to enter the ballot 9 years ago to try for a place in the London marathon but every year, I have been unsuccessful, Including this year.

As I approach the big 40 , and not getting any younger and the disappointment of not getting in again, I was adamant that I was going to run this year! 

Today Caudwell Children’s Charity have given me the opportunity to run for them and raise money to help and support children and their families with disabilities including autism , which is a personally and professionally close to my heart. 

To secure my place I have to raise £2500!! So please dig deep to help this worthy cause and give my family a break from the ear ache of me moaning every year, how disappointed I am I didn’t get to run in the London marathon again lol! 

I would love to see as many of you as possible on the day in London supporting me and cheering me on as it’s going to be physically and mentally draining, especially as I’m only currently able to run 5 miles 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not sure how with three girls, and full time job I’m going to fit in the training and fundraising but with everything I do, Ill try to give it my best!
