  Stan has been given great support from them during his ongoing treatment for a brain tumour.            

   I will be running Belfast City Marathon on the 5th May this year for Caner fund for children NI. 

And also plan to hold 6 Sunday morning training Sessions., STARTING NEXT WEEK. running a 3.2mile /5.1km curciut past my house. I'm calling it the ' Sunday looper' starts at 6.30am and finishes with a breakfast at 11.30am. You start at what ever time suits and do as many loops as suits I'll have water and snacks for every loop. you can use my loo, and healthy fry up ready after your loop
