I'm taking part in the 5k run in Heaton Park in Manchester on Sunday 20th July to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my beautiful friend Harry. We lost a wonderful friend in Harry in April when he suddenly died from an undiagnosed heart condition and the money raised from this run will go directly to the BHF to fund research so that no-one else loses a family member or friend as we did. Please give as generously as you can because this research is vital to help other families and it's all in memory of one of the best people I have ever met, all my love Harry x
