My name is Nigel Howard and I will be running the Asics Greater Manchester Marathon on the 7th April 2019 for the charity I work for National Youth Advocacy Service. The charity supports vulnerable children and young people in the UK by providing them with advice, support, mentors, advocates and lots of good projects and positive activities. This is a cause I feel strongly about so please donate what you can as every penny helps.

I had to withdraw from a marathon I had planned to take part
in last year due to injury, so this marathon has really involved two years of training and a very long road. I am determined to finish this year with the best time I can achieve. Please support me and this great charity.
