I am about to enter my 9th run around London and will be raising money for the PARC Essex group. 

PARC (Essex) is a registered children's charity based in the beautiful setting of Great Notley Country Park, near Braintree in Essex.
The aim is to provide play and recreation facilities for children with additional needs and short break care for their families and carers.
At PARC they believe, every child has a right to play, regardless of their individual needs or abilities. 

Can't really argue with that can you? I would be very grateful if you're able to contribute to this fine cause. Remember, all you have to do is click your mouse - I'll be the one doing the running!
