I've finally decided to take on the challenge of a half marathon. Rather than picking a local event, I've decided to take part in the event in Limassol, Cyprus ......you know me, don't do things by halves 😜 I have trained hard and I hope I succeed in completing the race without injury or death 😱

I've decided to raise money for The Arthrogryposis Group (TAG). TAG offer local level support to people living with Arthrogryposis Muliplex Congenita (AMC) or one of the 200 related conditions.  This is the condition my sister Maria was born with.  As quite a rare condition, it's one of those charities that needs more support than it gets, so thought it would be good to help them out.  

TAG provide regular information and updates on care and treatment, and through their events they give excellent opportunities to meet others with arthrogryposis, their families and anyone involved in their care.  Maria has been an active member of this charity and has helped many families with young children with this condition.
