For anyone that knows me, knows I like my walks, playing table tennis and occasional runs. Never would I have thought to run 26.2 miles! I am excited and equally scared for what's about to come.

I have decided to step out of my comfort zone this year and participate in the London Marathon in October.

Its going to be tough, a huge challenge, but with the right training and support I know I can achieve this feat! 

Here is the bit where I need your support!  

I have chosen to run with the Get Kids Going! Team and raise money for this charity. 

My passion for sports and getting kids active inspired me to choose this amazing charity, who have helped many young children and adults achieve their goal in representing their country at various different levels.

Get Kids Going! Gives disabled children and young adults the chance to participate in sports by providing them the specially adapted gear they need to undertake their chosen sport.

There are hundreds of talented, disabled, youngsters who have the potential to participate in events throughout the UK and all over the world but receive either none or very little funding and are desperate to achieve their life-long sporting dream! 

Your generous donations will make a massive difference to the talented youngsters in turning their dreams into reality!
