On Saturday 15th June 2019 I will be attempting my very first 10,000 ft Tandem Skydive in order to raise money and awareness of the charity Mind. 

MIND is a Mental Health charity, whose aim is to provide support and respect to everyone experiencing a mental health problem. Some examples of Mental Health problems are; anxiety, bulimia, depression, anorexia, suicidal thoughts, OCD and Bi-polar disorder. 

I want to raise awareness of Mental Health - with the hope that it becomes the norm to consider our mental health with the same careful regard as we consider our physical health, and then maybe the future generations will know the importance of ‘talking’ - about the good days and the bad days. First though, we have to get rid of the stigma attached to mental health – as Mind say – It’s time to talk, it’s Time to Change.
