On Friday, July 5th, the annual sponsored swim fundraising event for the Oxford-León Association Trust will take place at the Hinksey Outdoor Pool. I've signed up to swim 50 lengths of the pool as well as to help out with refreshments and encouragement on the day. It would really mean a lot if you would consider donating even a small amount of sponsorship to spur on this challenge!

León, in Nicaragua, is one of Oxford's twin cities. The Oxford-León Association Trust works to strengthen ties between our two towns, and raises funds for development projects such as those of NECAT (Nicaragua Education Culture and Arts Trust) and Nuevas Esperanzas ('New Hopes', a charity which fosters sustainable development).
