On 5th May 2014 we will be putting on our running shoes to help fund raise for Watford Mencap, we are taking part in the Watford 10k run.

The next few months training will require willpower, enthusiasm & support - so please help us through these cold winter months by sponsoring us if you can....£1, £2 or £20, any amount, little or small, will go a long way to helping children in need in the Watford & surrounding areas.
