Event: The Sussex Beacon Skydive, on 14 September 2019
Team Beacon is hitting the runway this September. Brave supporters will be taking on an epic skydiving challenge, jumping out of a plane at 13,000ft to raise vital funds for The Sussex Beacon.

Story

I told you there was another challenge coming, this one is slightly higher and with a greater rate of decent. ( which I hope slows down once the chute opens )

On Saturday 14th September this year, I will be skydiving out of a plane at 13,000ft to raise vital funds for The Sussex Beacon. The Sussex Beacon are an HIV charity based in Brighton, a city with the second highest HIV prevalence in the UK, where access to specialist care and support is vital. With a 10-bed inpatient unit, they provide 24 hour medical and psychological care to people struggling with a new diagnosis, starting new medication, recovering from HIV-related illnesses or requiring end of life care. They also provide health management support, including one-to-one and group services for women and families, a peer support program, and well-being and mindfulness courses. Most of all, they provide a safe, comforting place for patients in their time of need. Please support me in my epic challenge by making a donation to my page. Every penny you donate will help The Sussex Beacon to continue to provide specialist care and support. Thank you very much for your support. I promise this is the last one.
