I have chosen to do this challenge for Niamh Louise Foundation because the charity provides services I have a massive emotional connection with. When in school, I sadly lost my best friend and a very close family friend due to their struggles with mental health. 

It's a charity I can connect to on an emotional level. They offer several services helping families and loved ones who have been affected by suicide. They also provide vital support services helping people who are struggling with mental health. 

I feel the importance of these services are amplified at the moment with our current lockdown. Sadly we are not able to drop in with friends and family if we need to talk. Niamh Louise Foundation are still able to provide 1-1 emotional support in a safe environment. I would love to ensure that by supporting this service It can continue to be available to those who need it.
