Outreach is a Greater Manchester based charity for people with learning disabilities, long-term mental health conditions, carers, and families. Our guiding principle is to help every individual according to their own specific needs, preferences and ambitions; and our Service Users are involved in all we do. We provide a range of services including intensive support for individuals with demanding needs, to helping the more able to live independently and enjoy full, happy lives. Outreach celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2018.
