My Rugby playing days are well and truly over but before my body gives up on me I would like to test myself both mentally and physically to the limit and at the same time raise money for the Haven Children's Hospice. 

Haven House Children's Hospice cares for children and young people from birth to 19 who have life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and who are unlikely to reach adulthood.

Any contributions large or small would be greatly appreciated.
