30 members of staff from PEM will trek 40 miles along the famous Hadrian's Wall Path, in aid of Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.

The challenge will take place on the 23-24 June and participants will cover the most arduous part of the route, beginning in Carlisle and finishing near Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

On day 1 we will walk the distance of a marathon, covering remote terrain with steep ascents and descents, walking for up to 12 hours. A half marathon follows on day 2, over similarly rough and uneven terrain.

We are aiming to raise £10,000 for our charity of the year, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. They provide vital respite and end of life care across Cambridgeshire.
