It's that time of the year again - The Great Outdoors Challenge 2017. This trek will be my hardest to date.  I am starting from a village called Plockton and finishing at Stonehaven.  I am anticipating this route will take 14 days.  During this brief time I will be homeless and mostly alone in the Highlands of Scotland.  I will be living out of my back pack and wild camping most of the time.  I would love to tell you that it is an easy and fun journey - it is not - it is tough and arduous - personally I dread it.  During these 14 days I will get a small glimpse of what it is to be homeless.  Of course, I know that after the trek I can go home.  It is for this reason I wish to raise funds for the Charles Thompson Mission - a homeless charity in Birkenhead.  Give what you can.
