So, the opportunity came up to zip wire off Wearmouth Bridge.  So I took it.  Part of my 'do stuff I've never done before in 2013' thing.

So anyway, jumping off a bridge.  I figured that would be something I could do for charity - so here I am.

Those of you who know me well, know I've battled over the years, to varying degrees, with depression. I'm able to manage it a lot easier these days, but it's something that never goes away completely.

Thankfully, mental health is much less of a taboo these days than it was - you've probably seen the high profile campaigns that are currently being run - and Mind are a brilliant charity.  It'd be great if you can spare a few quid for my cause.  Thanks.
