Last year my partner Tina suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage and thanks to the amazing staff at the university of Wales hospital and with the brilliant ongoing support over the last year from the Cardiff Headway team she is going through the recovery process and learning to deal with some of the after affects caused by the haemorrhage.

So this year I have decided to run the Cardiff half marathon for Headway Cardiff and would really appreciate your support in raising funds for the help they give to people who have been affected by brain injuries to rebuild their lives.
