Story

ALARM Forum returns to Manchester in June 2016 and the Chair has again chosen Prostate Cancer UK as this years charity.

Having cycled to Manchester in 2014 over three days (I had a day off in between) I thought how can I make my journey there this year more challenging...... so this time I plan to head off from my home in Hertfordshire on Saturday afternoon and cycle 100+ miles, then the remaining 80+ miles on Sunday, including up and over the big hill within the Peak District National Park just because!

If anyone wants to join me on some or all of the journey, message me.......

Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK with over 40,000 new cases diagnosed every year.  Sadly the uncle I was riding for last time has since lost his battle so this is a cause that is even more personal to me.

So wish me luck and please support this very worthwhile cause.

I will update with my progress on twitter @PaulLaw194
