Please help me raise as much as possible for Help for Heroes they are doing fantastic work for injured servicemen and women, most of you know that I am ex military what you may not know is that I managed to get blown up and catch two bullets in my military career.

All money raised for H4H goes to support our guys and gals who would not be able to live an as near normal life   without H4H and our donations.

I am lucky I can still do crazy things like jump out of a plane the people I do this for were not
